THANK YOU TO ALL VOLUNTEERS AT THE CLEANUP EVENTS IN FEBRUARY

COMMUNITY GROUPS, BUSINESSES AND NEIGHBORS HELPED REMOVE TRASH AND DEBRIS


The Islamorada Foundation had a very successful cleanup of Lower Matecumbe Key on Friday, February 9th. So many volunteers helped remove hundreds of pound of trash from the roadside and tons of landscape debris. 

The Friends of the Islamorada State Parks partnered with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office for another successful cleanup in Indian Key Fill on Saturday, February 10th.

The Islamorada Youth Council sponsored a cleanup of the Plantation Hammock Preserve Oceanside on Saturday, February 17th.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED WITH THE CLEANUPS. 

Islamorada greatly appreciates the efforts of volunteer groups and individuals that make these cleanup events successful. Thank you to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office for being a consistent supporter of the cleanups in Islamorada and throughout Monroe County.
