Please join Islamorada for a brief celebration as the renovation of the Anne's Beach nears completion.
The 11-month, $1.6 Million Dollar Project includes
1,300 feet of boardwalk, six pavilions,
two parking lots and a restroom facility.
Parking will be limited, carpooling suggested. Park at the south entrance and along the US 1 right-of-way near the entrance.
Sheriff's Officers will be present to assist with the safety of those parking on US 1.
(the north parking lot remains under construction)
Anne's Beach has been closed due to damage sustained during Hurricane Irma on September 10, 2017. The facility will reopen to the public immediately following the ceremony. The north parking lot will remain closed until final construction is completed late September or early October.
Anne's Beach is located near the south end of Islamorada on the oceanside at approximately Mile Marker 73.
