The Information Technology & Communications Department serves as the backbone of the Village’s digital operations. It is responsible for managing and securing the Village’s technology infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. The department also supports software applications, data management, and communication systems that help keep Village services running efficiently.
Working closely with all departments, IT & Communications ensures staff have the tools and support they need to serve residents effectively. From maintaining email and phone systems to supporting public safety technologies and digital records, the department is committed to delivering reliable, secure, and forward-thinking technology solutions. Its mission is to enhance internal operations and improve the digital experience for both Village employees and the community.
